Dr. John L. Eichelberger provides a variety of market research and business assistance services including technology assessment, market analysis, concept development, content organization, knowledge navigation and technology transfer. He helps plan new research institutes, research parks and business development organizations.
Dr. Eichelberger served as the Pendulum project coordinator for contractor support to the Federal Laboratory Consortium, Mid-Atlantic Region from 2004 to 2009, supporting technology transfer initiatives for approximately 140 federal labs in Maryland and adjoining states.
Dr. Eichelberger received his BS in Chemistry from University of Virginia in 1965 and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from University of Iowa in 1970. He worked for a research institute and a large corporation before starting his own business in 1986. His independent contract labor services generally are in the chemical, environmental, materials, energy and intellectual property industries.
